Ajani McMullen-Williams (Angel)

Ajani (Angel) McMullen-Williams’ therapeutic work focuses on supporting individuals through personal challenges that impact their mental wellbeing, sense of self-agency in life, and ability to achieve fulfillment in romantic and familial relationships. Ms. Williams believes that a therapist must uphold a style that honors and respects a person’s cultural background, racial and ethnic identity, spiritual or religious beliefs, sexuality, and gender identity. Ms. Williams applies therapy techniques that are informed by frameworks that embrace cultural inclusivity, trauma-informed methods, sex positivity, LGBTQ+ affirming methods, relational modalities, and therapeutic interventions that address chronic and acute mental health conditions. Ms. Williams is a LMSW who is currently pursuing a PhD in Human Sexuality at Widener University’s Center for Human Sexuality Studies.
