Her experience as an in-patient substance use counselor and her work in community-based homeless services reflect her commitment to addressing complex and often marginalized issues in mental health.

Christina is a Level One Gottman Method Couples therapist and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with Dual Licensure in Pennsylvania and California.

She draws from rich toolbox of therapeutic modalities. Her proficiency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and psycho-dynamic therapy allows her to provide comprehensive support for clients dealing with a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. Her therapeutic approach extends beyond the traditional, encompassing Motivational Interviewing, Harm Reduction strategies, and a profound commitment to trauma-informed care, including the Internal Family Systems Model and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing).
