Therapy for teens, adults, and couples
Teresa helps clients feel seen, understood and empowered.
Teresa is a warm, thoughtful therapist who helps teens, adults, and couples feel understood while creating meaningful, lasting change. She combines evidence-based therapy with creativity and collaboration, believing that every client already possesses strengths that can become the foundation for healing.
As one of the few board-certified art therapists in the region who is also Level 3 trained in the Gottman Method of couples therapy, Teresa offers a unique blend of traditional psychotherapy and creative expression.
Outside the therapy office, Teresa is an avid ceramic artist. Many of the hand-thrown pieces displayed throughout her office were created by Teresa herself, creating a calm, welcoming space that reflects the same patience, curiosity, and craftsmanship she brings to therapy.
Whether clients choose to incorporate art into their sessions or simply appreciate the peaceful environment, Teresa creates a space where people feel safe to slow down, reflect, and grow.
