Kim Fisel, LMFT is a Marriage and Family Therapist with 19 years of experience helping adults, adolescents and couples develop healthier relationships with themselves and others. Kim has advanced training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She has almost two decades of experience providing relief from the following challenges
Kim is particularly skilled at working with couples who are in transition: experiencing separation, grief and loss, trauma and adoption.
Trained as an Approved Supervisor by American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists, Kim works to support and guide interns and other professionals to enhance their skills and ensure excellence, professionalism and compassion in the field of Marriage and Family Therapy.
She believes that a therapist must uphold a style that honors and respects all aspects of a person’s cultural background, racial and ethnic identity, spiritual or religious beliefs, sexuality, and gender identity.
