She considers it a profound privilege to walk alongside her clients through life’s most vulnerable moments and believes healing happens through connection, compassion, and the experience of being genuinely seen and understood.
Nicole integrates the following evidence-based approaches:
Nicole values blending practical coping strategies, insightful psychoeducation and meaningful emotional exploration to help clients better understand themselves while building greater emotional balance, resilience and self-awareness.
Nicole earned her Master’s degree in Community and Trauma Counseling from Thomas Jefferson University, where she developed a strong foundation in trauma-informed care and holistic mental health treatment. She believes understanding the impact of trauma, attachment, and life experiences is essential in fostering meaningful healing and lasting change.
Her professional experience spans across individual outpatient therapy, as well as group therapy in partial hospitalization programs (PHP) and intensive outpatient programs (IOP), allowing her to support clients with a wide range of emotional and behavioral needs through both compassion and clinical depth.
