Whether by choice or circumstance, transitions are a part of life — and they can be challenging. We may feel overwhelmed and afraid. Other times we may feel excited yet unprepared.
As a professional certified coach and licensed clinical social worker, I work with adults, adolescents, families, and co-parents as they navigate the sometimes turbulent waters of life to transform challenges into opportunities for growth and learning.
Using mindfulness, strengths-based approaches, and evidence-based modalities of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I help clients explore their past, understand their present, and move forward to a satisfying future.
My style is warm, straight forward, active, and non-judgmental, I have facilitated DBT oriented skills groups and I have created a Co-Parenting Skills Class designed to foster the development of stress management, emotional regulation, and communication skills in high-conflict situations. In addition, for over 10 years, I have been a Leadership Coach with the Wharton Business School of the University of Pennsylvania, helping MBA students build greater self-awareness to enable personal and professional growth and change.
